Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition
- All original packaging and accessories are included
- The item shows no signs of use or damage
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and copyright protection reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used headphones and AirPods
- Software, DVDs, and Blu-Ray discs with broken seals
- Personal care appliances that have been used (irons, kettles, etc.)
- Custom or personalized items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below).
- Wait for approval – Our Bristol-based team will review your request and typically respond within 24 business hours with return instructions.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship your return using a trackable shipping service to our Bristol address (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error).

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. The shipping method will match your original order (standard or free shipping based on order value).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.
